In the 2023-24 season, the 15-1s will practice at 5:30pm on Mondays and 7:30pm on Thursdays.

Cost: $2,500

Includes: administrative fees, coaching, gym rental, gear, reffing/scorekeepers clinic, Powers (5), tournaments (RMR Classic, RMR Showdown, Big South Qualifier, Salt Lake City Showdown)

 Extra Skill & Strength and Conditioning Sessions 

• Participation is optional but strongly recommended
• Wednesday evenings from 7:30-9pm from November 29th-March 27th
• 50 minutes of volleyball skills + 40 minutes of strength, agility and conditioning training
• $400 to register for all 17 sessions up front; can register for individual sessions during the season for $30/session
• This is an additional fee that is not included in dues
